  • 1 Cup Uncooked white rice (Sushi rice)

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 1 Cup Vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Sugar

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 Medium Avocado ( Sliced )

  • 1 Cucumber (Strip)

  • 1 Cup Bell Paper (Green, Yellow and Red)

  • 1/2 Cup Sesame Seeds

  • 4 Nori Sheet

  • A rolling mat


  • Cook the Rice Start by cooking the sushi rice according to the package instructions. Once it’s cooked, spread it out onto a baking sheet and set aside to cool.
  • Prepare the Vegetables While the rice is cooling. Slice the bell peppers, cucumbers, and avocado into thin strips or cubes.
  • Assemble the Sushi Lay a nori sheet on a rolling mat .First Spread some sesame seed on sushi mat than, Spread a thin layer of cooled sushi rice over the nori sheet. Place the vegetables in the center of the nori sheet.
  • Roll the Sushi Firmly roll the nori sheet by holding the end closest to you and rolling away from you. Pause to press down the roll and make sure it’s tight.
  • Once you’ve reached the end, use a wet knife to cut the roll into slices.
  • Repeat this process with remaining ingredients to made more sushi rolls.
  • Serve and enjoy the delicious sushi.
