Ingredients

  • 250g Paneer

  • 1 Onion

  • 2 Cloves Of Garlic

  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin

  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander

  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala

  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric

  • 1 Teaspoon Of Cardamom Powder

  • 2 Tablespoons Of Yogurt

  • 2 Tablespoons Of Cream

  • 2 Tablespoons Of Ghee

  • 2 Tablespoons Of Oil

  • Salt To Taste

  • Coriander Leaves For Garnishing

Directions

  • Cut the paneer into small cubes and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds begin to crackle, add the finely chopped onions and garlic.
  • Saute the onions and garlic until they turn golden brown.
  • Now add all the spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, and cardamom powder).
  • Cook the spices until they become fragrant.
  • Add the paneer cubes and give everything a good stir.
  • Now add the yogurt, cream, and ghee.
  • Give everything a good stir and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • Once the paneer is cooked, turn off the heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Your Panneer Pasanda is now ready to be served and enjoyed. Serve it hot with naan, chapati, or rice for a delicious meal. Enjoy!
