  • 2 Medium potatoes

  • 1 Cup of paneer (cottage cheese)

  • 2 Tbsp of besan (gram flour)

  • 2 Tbsp of cornflour

  • Oil for Frying Kofta

  • 1 Tsp of garam masala

  • 1 Tsp of red chilli powder

  • 4 Tsp of butter or ghee

  • 1 Cup of chopped onions

  • 1 Tsp of ginger-garlic paste

  • 2 Tbsp of chopped coriander leaves

  • 2 Tbsp of cashew nuts

  • 2 Tbsp of raisins

  • 1 Cup of thickened cream

  • Salt to taste


  • For Making Koftas
  • Take boiled potatoes, paneer with some gram flour and mix it well to make soft dough.
  • Finely chop cashew nuts and raisins and make a mixture.
  • Heat up oil for frying koftas
  • Take some dough of potatoes and paneer mix and fill up with dry fruit mix and make a circle shape.
    Roll in Corn flour.
  • After heating oil Fry koftas until it color changes to golden brown.
  • Koftas are ready.
  • For Making Sweet Gravy
  • In one pot Fry onion, ginger and garlic with some cashews.
  • After cooking onion make a thick paste of it.
  • In another pan take some ghee or butter and heat it up. after heating up add onion, ginger and garlic paste.
  • Add All the dry masla and saute till oil separates from gravy.
  • After that add some water and simmer the flame till gravy done.
  • Add cream and some sugar for sweetened taste.
  • Put fried koftas into gravy and serve hot.
