Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 3 packages (28g approx) of cream cheese softened

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease an 8-inch spring form pan and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and ground cinnamon. Mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the spring form pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
